Cheyenne is a Certified Crossfit Level 1 Instructor and former Division I athlete. Cheyenne grew up playing sports year round, including soccer and basketball in high school. She continued her athletic career at Towson University, where she was a captain on the women’s soccer team and received all conference honors. Post graduation, Cheyenne continued her soccer career playing for National Premier Soccer League’s ASA Charge, a local semi-professional soccer team.
To go along with her passion for playing soccer, Cheyenne enjoys spreading her knowledge and experience of the game onto others. Her coaching experience includes assistant coach at Severn School as well as a graduate assistant at LIU Brooklyn, a Division I program in located in New York City.
After playing and coaching soccer her whole life, Cheyenne needed something to fill the competitive void when it all ended. Crossfit provided the perfect fit. Crossfit allows Cheyenne to perform two of the activities she has done her entire life: push herself physically in a competitive setting and encourage others to achieve their own personal goals.
