Emily Kain

Bio

Emily has always been involved in sports and fitness growing up. She played field hockey, basketball, and softball in high school and currently plays softball at McDaniel college here in Westminster where she is double majoring in Kinesiology and Criminal Justice. Emily found CrossFit through her high school weight training teacher and even ended up taking an independent study with him where she taught the advanced weight training class to her peers. Her favorite quote is “Hard Work Pays Off. She has not only integrated this quote into her own life, but loves to see how athletes she works with are able to see tangible evidence of the hard work they put in everyday, both physically and mentally!
