Bio
Kayla graduated from Frederick Community with an AS in general studies focusing on many health related courses. At FCC Kayla played 2 years of collegiate softball. As competitive sports came to an end, Kayla struggled to find a commuity base that would push her the way sports did. CrossFit checked all those boxes. ” I have been blessed to have the chance to grow at Iron Hammer from the start. I am excited to be apart of the same experience for others and to continue to learn from others as an athlete and now coach.
