Kyle Fendlay

Bio

Kyle is a former Winters Mill Grad, and attended Stevenson university from 2010-2012 where is played Lacrosse and earned All Conference and All American honors. After college Kyle stayed active in the gym switching between modalities such as powerlifting, body building, and strongman. Kyle found CrossFit in 2023 when he was convinced by his wife and sister in law to join. He hasnt looked back since. “CrossFit is the perfect mix of sport and physical fitness,” Kyle states. CrossFit allows you to excel at one thing, while finding ways to improve in another. Kyle is most passionate about coaching and helping others reach their full potential while having a good time.
