This program is designed to jump start your fitness and get you ready for beach season 2020
-Must commit to 3x week for 6 weeks. Choose class times from 6am, 3pm, 7pm M-F, 8am, 10am Sat. Can mix and match class times to fit your schedule.
– Must have a can do attitude. These workout are not easy. They are short and intense. The right prescription to change your body in a short amount of time
