Our CrossFit Kids Program encourages children to have fun while being physically active. All of our coaching staff are CrossFit certified and professionals when it comes to dealing with child tendencies. Here, we make fitness fun! Our goal is for our young community to beat the odds of childhood obesity, teaching children to move, make good food choices, and learn a good foundation of health and wellness.
6 week session begins June 22nd – July 27th Tuesdays 10am-11am
