Before CrossFit, I was literally doing an hour of cardio followed by an hour of lifting and seeing NO results for months. I love working out but it’s discouraging not reaching your goals, especially when I felt like I was giving 110%. I didn’t know it at the time but making the switch to CrossFit was the best thing I could have done for myself. I am constantly hitting new goals and getting stronger. Week after week I see my body being able to do things I didn’t think I would ever be able to do. I don’t only feel like I’m thriving physically, but the sense of community here is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, and even if I act mad in the moment I appreciate always having Brad there to push me and help me reach my goals. I am in the best shape I have ever been in and it’s because of CFIH. ❤️
