Spencer Merson

Bio

Spencer attended Stevenson University where she studied Elementary Education and played Women’s Lacrosse. As an adult, she remained active through running and light weight lifting until she found CrossFit after having her second child. Founded on community and wellness, CrossFit has given her the niche she was looking for. She is passionate about helping others discover how their God given abilities can help them succeed both inside and outside the gym.
