Group classes led by a certified coach
In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Specific programming for ages 50 and up
If you are over the age of 50 and prefer working out in the comfort of your own age group, CrossFit Masters is the place to be. This program delivers strength, flexibility, a wider range of motion, and endurance for you to be able to keep up with those grandchildren. Our current class times designated for Masters are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 7pm and Saturdays at 8am.
CrossFit Home School
Every Thursday 2pm we welcome our local home school students to a full hour of wellness. We touch on foods that fuel and hinder our bodies, what good choices look like, and move into the workout of the day. Our goal is to teach children at a young age, the importance of wellness and to make great choices (physically and emotionally) to set them up for a successful future. Ages 5-12 only. Ages 13+ are welcome to are regular CrossFit classes. Please check out our schedule for class times. June 17 2024 (AGES8-12 SOLD OUT)
Welcome to CrossFit Kids summer series where young athletes receive a full hour of wellness. We touch on foods that fuel and hinder our bodies, master functional movements, and build strength and agility that will carry onto the field. Our goal is to teach children at a young age the importance of fitness and to make great choices (physically and emotionally) to set them up for a successful future. Monday or Tuesdays 1pm ages 5-8. Mondays or Tuesdays 2pm ages 8-12. Week one begins June 17th. This is a punch card membership. 10 classes. 11 weeks to use them :) Please email erin@crossfitironhammer.com if you have further questions.
CrossFit Program for Special Need Adults
Our special needs CrossFit program is designed to give adaptive athletes the opportunity to move, stretch, gain strength, and endurance in a fun and safe atmosphere. Class meets every Thursday at 1:15pm. Free to all Carroll County Arc and Target clients.
Access our equipment and workout at your own pace.
Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific.
Monday-Friday 10am-4pm, Saturdays 11am-12pm
One on One sessions
If you are wanting to get better at Snatch, Double Unders, Bar muscle ups etc…Coach Brandon will work one on one with you to achieve whatever goal you are wanting to set. You do not have to be a competitive athelete for his services. If you are wanting to get overall better with endurance in a one on one setting, or stronger over head, he can deliver.
