"Crazy to think 10 months ago I was unable to walk"
This year I participated in my first CrossFit Open. Easy to forget that this was 10 months ago I was in PT barley able to walk, do stairs, let alone think about doing a wall ball. Happy to have my biggest and littlest fans, coach Spencer and CFIH cheering me on. So grateful for this community.
