I’ve been with you guys for several years now. Recently I noticed some improvements in my ability to do things that had slipped away from me over the years. The improvements happened slowly and quietly, but became very evident to me lately. I woke up one day and realized Im functioning better and enjoy doing things for myself that had stopped some time ago. Thats when I realized its all due to the time and effort associated with being a part of Iron Hammer.
You guys have created a venue for me and others that has given me a better quality of life. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate what you have done for your community! Thanks a bunch to both of you…but Brad….PLEASE don’t keep telling me to squat lower…Im kissing the floor as it is!
