Welcome to CrossFit Kids summer series where young athletes receive a full hour of wellness. We touch on foods that fuel and hinder our bodies, master functional movements, and build strength and agility that will carry onto the field. Our goal is to teach children at a young age the importance of fitness and to make great choices (physically and emotionally) to set them up for a successful future. Monday or Tuesdays 1pm ages 5-8. Mondays or Tuesdays 2pm ages 8-12. Week one begins June 10th. This is a punch card membership. 10 classes. 11 weeks to use them :) Please email if you have further questions.
