Welcome to CrossFit Kids summer series where young athletes receive a full hour of wellness. We touch on foods that fuel and hinder our bodies (ages 5-12), master functional movements, and build strength and agility that will carry onto the field. Our goal is to teach children at a young age the importance of wellness and to make great choices (physically and emotionally) to set them up for a successful future.
Starts Tuesday June 13th 2023 1pm ages 5-7. 2pm ages 7-11 FULL
