If you are over the age of 50 and prefer working out in the comfort of your own age group, CrossFit Masters is the place to be. This program delivers strength, flexibility, a wider range of motion, and endurance for you to be able to keep up with those grandchildren. Our current class times designated for Masters are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at 7pm and Saturdays at 8am.
