If you are wanting to get better at Snatch, Double Unders, Bar muscle ups etc…Coach Brandon will work one on one with you to achieve whatever goal you are wanting to set. You do not have to be a cometitive athelete for his services. If you are wanting to get overall better with endourance in a one on one setting, or stronger over head, he can deliver.
