This CrossFit-based program is designed to strengthen both body and spirit by combining high-intensity physical training with deep, intentional time in God’s Word. Each session includes Scripture-based devotionals, prayer, and community encouragement alongside challenging workouts that push you to grow in discipline, perseverance, and faith. Expect a space where your goals go beyond reps and sets.
