Bio
Kayla graduated at Frederick Community with an AS in general studies focusing on many health related courses. During her time at FCC, Kayla played 2 years of collegiate softball. As her time came to an end she struggled finding a community base that would push her the same as sports did. CrossFit checked all those boxes right away. “I have been blessed to have the chance to grow at Iron Hammer from the start. I am excited to be apart of the same experince for others and to continue to learn from others as an athlete and coach.
